KaribbeanKraze Dance Fitness

KaribbeanKraze is a dynamic dance fitness program that teaches the original Caribbean-style dance called “KrazeLine” along with mainstream dance moves, all in a fitness format suitable for both land and water. This program not only keeps you physically fit, but also helps you connect and unify your mind, body, and spirit.

The mission of KaribbeanKraze is to invigorate, heal, and inspire individuals of all ages—from professionals and caregivers to men, women, and children—to have fun while working toward their health and fitness goals. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced enthusiast, KaribbeanKraze provides a welcoming space for everyone to thrive.

Designed as a total body workout, the program incorporates strategic exercises within choreographed dance routines that strengthen muscles, promote fat burning, and provide aerobic and stretching benefits to enhance mobility. Along the way, participants will explore a variety of cultures, music, and dance traditions, fostering unity and appreciation among all.

Marcia Moore, the Owner and Lead Choreographer/Instructor, launched KaribbeanKraze in 2018 with AquaKraze as a way to stay mobile during her own health challenges. Since then, she has shared her passion for dance fitness with communities in Philadelphia, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Florida, and beyond, including events in Jamaica, Antigua, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. Marcia’s program has been featured in various community organizations, including charter school gym programs, Mt. Airy Learning Tree (Philadelphia), and Mainstage Center for Arts (New Jersey).

Marcia is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor for both land and water, holding certifications in PKFIT, HiYo Aqua HIIT, Yoga Basics and Beyond, Mat Science Pilates, and Yoga Fusion. She is also certified in Sports Exercise and Nutrition, ensuring that each class is rooted in safe, effective fitness practices.
